三、主要特点 Features

1、予分切采用气动分切刀，便于调 整、使用方便、压力均衡。
The pre-slitter uses pneumatic cutting round knife,which is adjusted simply and pressed evenly.

2、此机采用前预热和蒸气装置，使滤纸在压痕折叠时不易损伤。
This machine equips the pre-heating and water steam device,to prevent the paper breaking when roller marking. 

3、此机带有齿轮爪子收波机构，能使折叠速度加快，使折出来的纸平而直。
This machine equips the gear collecting system,so to faster the pleating speed and well pleated the paper.

4、此机通过压痕辊，可使滤纸表面形成 “S” 包或菱形包，以便使折叠好的滤芯纸与纸张之间能保持一定间隙且均匀一致。
The rolls can be made with bubbled type or the pleat-lock type,which is used to maintenace the certain distance between two pleats. 

5、滤纸在生产线上自动完成打点计数，折叠加工，预热定型等工序，自动化程度高。
