● 纸箱介样机 V型槽切割打样机中瑞技术合作产品，采用瑞士进口伺服电机每分钟转速可达到25000转。
● A product of Sino-Swiss technologies,servomotors imported from Switzerland.The motor are running,Vibrating at rotary speed up to 25000rpm
● 采用意大利AMT直线导轨作为传动轨道，保证机器高速运转平稳
● AMT straight-line guide rails from ltaly are used as drive rails to ensure the machines will run in a steady manner at utmost accuracy.
● 采用日本松下伺服电机分别控制振动刀和压轮的上下运动， 可由电脑随意控制振动刀和压轮的下刀深度，对于做精品盒需要切割灰板纸时的 半刀切割，即可由电脑控制。压轮单独由一个电机控制可压出完美效果
● Using Servo-motor from Panasonic,to control up,down and turn of Vibration Cutting head and creasing head independently.With computerized conttrol,the depth of cutting and creasing can be adjusted precisely according to the need of box designer and makers.
● 机器有四个功能头：振动刀切割头、压折线轮、V型切割头 和高转速铣刀头。可切割30或60mm以下的蜂窝纸板、亚克力板、瓦楞纸、塑料瓦 楞板、灰板纸、白卡纸、胶片、复合材料、皮料、布料、胶板、珍珠棉、铝塑板 和泡沫KT板等多种材料。V型切割系统可切45°、30°、22.5°、 15°、0°等5种不同角度的V型槽。
● The machines have four types of functionalheads:vibration cutting head,creasing wheels,V-cutter,high speed milling Router,with drawing pen.It enable the machine can work on different materials;corrugated paper,gray board,white cardboard,plastic sheets,composite materials,textiles,leathers,foam board,sponge etc at option of 15,30,60mm maximum cutting height.Optional milling router head can even cut thick acrylic.V-cutter can chose different angle at 45°、30°、22.5°、15°、0°.
● 整机数据线全部采用德国进口。

● Table mat are imported from USA,the fiber board are durable,with good,permeability,very stable in thickness and shape.
●纸箱介稿机由最稳定的以太网口用网线传输数据，并可直接连接AI软件 以及Autocad,Coraldraw等所有软件输出
● Date is transfer by Ethernet,the most stable method.File can be exported to machine directly from Adobe Illustrator,Coraldraw without conversion to maintain maximum accuracy.
● 设有安全装置（人手进入红外线范围以内，机器自动停止） 。
Ultra Red Light sensor are equipped for user friendly and safety(machine automatically stop when perator's hand into the working area).
● 速度快，最快每秒可达到1500mm。
● Machine can ruu at the maximum speed of up to 1500mm per second.
● 直接在机器上控制所有微调功能，包括图档自动优化功能， 无需另配多一台电脑。
● All fine tuning can be made with control penal on the machine.
