Printing process | 1.Mixing discharge powder, discharge printing paste, pigment and stirring them evenly. 2.Printing for 1 time (3-4 scrapes per time). 3.Baking for 1-3 minutes or hot pressing for 10 seconds under 160-180℃ (within 5-30 minutes after printing). 4.Finish. |
Attentions | 1. The pigment is max 12%. 2. Please use up the discharge printing pastes which already mixed with discharge powder, otherwise it\'ll be not stable for the effect. 3. Don\'t put the knit discharge powder together with the jean discharge powder, otherwise it\'ll be on fire. |

工艺流程 | 1. 丝网选用80-100目，用丝印硬方刀75度刮印1次（3刀左右），以印透纤维为佳。 2. 印完后等5分钟左右（不超30分钟）待拔印浆渗透布料 3. 160-180度烘烤1-3分钟或压烫10-25秒 |
注意事项 | 1. 对色牢度要求高的产品，加1-2%固化剂可提高牢度 2. 调入牛仔拔印粉的浆料请在8小时内用完 3. 针织拔印粉和牛仔拔印浆不能放在一起，否则有着火的危险！ |
