Printing process | 1. Printing with clear plastisol ink for 1-2 times (4-6 scrapes per time) 2. Mixing white/colored plastisol ink, clear plastisol ink, puff plastisol ink and stirring them evenly 3. Printing again for 2-3 times. 4. Baking for 1~3 minutes under 150~180℃to dry it fast. 5. Finish. |
Attentions | - 1. More puff plastisol ink with lower washing ability.
- 2. Basement process is necessary to make good washing ability.

应用 | 100%棉、棉/涤混纺、涤纶、深浅色布、牛仔布等各种织物，凡满足以下两点的织物均可使用： 1.能耐150C～180C； 2.有透气性，可以使油墨渗透进去。不适合的承印物比如：塑料、金属、玻璃等及经防水处理的尼龙布。 |

工艺流程 | 1.丝网选用100-120目，用丝印硬方刀75度刮印, 以透明油墨打底1-2次，印第一次时用力刮4-6刀 2.将发泡油墨和其他油墨拌匀印2-3次 3.用热风枪吹至表干，然后160度焙烘过热15-30秒，不能压烫 |
