油墨特性 Characteristic:
Vantan 62系列是一款聚丙烯（PP)溶剂型丝印油墨。非常优异的附着力、良好的韧性。丝印性能好，特别适合印刷较难附着的PP、PE材料及部分杂料。
Vantan 62 series is a PP solvent-based screen printing ink, with extraordinary adhesion and good flexibility. The performance of screen printing ink is good, especially suitable for printing on PP, PE and some unclassified materials which are with poor adhesion.
适用范围 Applied range:
适合印刷处理及未处理的聚丙烯（PP)片材、OPP、BOPP、及部分处理过的PE料；应用于PP类文具用品、PP包装盒、PP餐桌垫等产品。
Suitable for printing on both processed and unprocessed PP sheets, OPP, BOPP and some processed PE materials; used in PP stationery supplies, PP packing boxes, PP placemats etc.
使用方法Method of use:
u 印刷前可用酒精或抹字水清洁印刷品表面的污垢及油渍。
u The alcohol or wipe water can be used to clean the dirt and oil stain on the surface of the printing materials before printing.
u 稀释剂：根据印刷方式和环境条件添加10%左右稀释剂调节油墨稀稠度。
u Diluent: add about 10% diluent to adjust the consistence of printing ink according to the printing method and environmental conditions.
u 干燥方式：自然干燥（25?C)或低于70?C强制干燥，作强制干燥可缩短时间。
u Drying method: natural drying(25?C), the time of forced drying (below 70?C) can be shorter.
