油墨特性 Characteristic :
Vantan 24系列是一款不蚀面、低气味丝印油墨。不蚀底材、遮盖力强、光泽度高、不拉丝、不回粘，移印有较好的上油及脱墨性。大面积丝印亦可获得良好遮盖，印刷品不易粘连。墨层柔韧、耐温可满足真空吸塑要求。
Vantan 24 series is a screen printing ink with corrosion resistance and low odor. With no corroding substrate, strong coverage, high lustre, no wire drawing and after-tack, good inking and deinking in pad printing. Good coverage in large area screen printing, unlikely for after-tack of the printing materials to occur. Soft ink layer, temperature resistance can meet the requirements of vacuum forming.
适用范围 Applied range:
适合印刷聚苯乙烯（PS)、PC、亚克力（PMMA)等材质、应用于电子视窗、铭牌、灯箱广告等行业。
Suitable for printing PS, PC PMMA and other materials, used in electronic windows, nameplates, light box advertising and other industries.
使用方法Method of use :
u 印刷前可用酒精或抹字水清洁印刷品表面的污垢及油渍。
u please clean the dirt and oil stain off the printing surface with alcohol or wipe water before printing.
u 稀释剂：根据印刷方式和环境条件添加10%左右稀释剂调节油墨稀稠度。
u Diluent: add about 10% diluent to adjust the consistence of the printing ink according to the printing method and environmental conditions.
u 干燥方式：自然干燥（25?C）或低于70?C强制干燥，作强制干燥可缩短时间。
u Drying method: natural drying(25℃)or below 70℃ forced drying, the time of forced drying can be shorter.
