High concentration aqueous emulsion of precious active ingredients.

HPDC die lubricant for aluminum and magnesium alloys.

CHARACTERISTICS

 CASTING 1658 ensures a very high thermal resistance and very 

       good filming properties. It gives the melted alloy a very high sliding  

       power and a good surface appearance to the casts. 

á CASTING 1658  is particularly suitable for high weight pieces, like 

       in the automotive sector. It is suitable for the production of casts 

       with variable thickness, even without build-up on low temperature 

       Dies.

J CASTING 1658 is a low smokiness, low environmental impact 

       product. It doesn’t contain harmful substances.

HOW TO USE

Ê  Dilute with automatic mixer, or pour the product into water: the 

       blending is immediate and it is not necessary to shake the product 

       during the use. Avoid to dip contaminated pipes into the 

       concentrated product. Do not blow air into the bulk.

2  The suggested dilution percentage range is: 1.0-1.5

       The best usage dilution depends on the specific mould, on its range 

       of temperature and on many other parameters. The right dilution 

       ratio must be determined by means of empirical tests.

Ä Apply the diluted product with manual or automatic spraying system 

      at a pressure of 4 - 6 bar at distance 

STORAGE

R Avoid storage with exposure to direct sunlight. Do not store near  

     heating sources. Store at temperatures below +35C. 

T Store at temperature above +5°C.

¦ Shelf life: not less than 10 months, in the original unopened 

     packaging. Keep closed the containers in order to avoid water 

     evaporation and contamination of the product. In case of  

     longerstorage (over 5 months) shake briefly the product in the original 

     container before using.
